They were super helpful and very knowledgeable.   We picked out a mattress. Set everything up for me to pick up the next day as I didn't have my truck with me to take it home and it was after closing.  Showed up to get the mattress and he realized I wanted a California king and he didn't have it in stock.  He felt so bad, and was embarrassed but made things right.  Most places wouldn't care or do anything for your trouble but this place did. They made things right and ordered the mattress, told me they would delivery it to make up for it for free!

I had narrowed my search to two local businesses and let's just say after speaking to Matt....the other business was irrelevant.

Our experience was first and foremost the most pleasant one yet. We were immediately greeted as we walked into the store, and my husband and I were literally in a rut, we had a yard sale that day and looked like we had been through the ringer (with moving and purging items, not that this is of any importance, but I mean we looked like a wreck) and still received the upmost best welcome and help! I went in with a "let's see what they have here, and we'll check out the other place to compare pricing and quality" mindset. Well it's safe to say I didn't make it to the other place. We told Matt what we were looking for and he DELIVERED (not physically of course but right there on the spot, had plenty of options). We purchased both mattresses from him, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Our Boys love their new beds and first thing one said was that it was super comfortable, and that my friends speaks volumes to us coming from these crazy kids!
